1) Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Michal Manak (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses information when you use Ball Chaos – Animation Creator (the “App”), our websites, and related services.

2) Scope

This Policy covers information processed through the App and associated services, including community features that let you create, upload, share, and manage animations, scenes, and audio (including MIDI files/tones).

3) Information We Collect

• Usage & Diagnostics (Analytics): event names, feature interactions (e.g., which tab is opened, button taps), app version, language, anonymized or pseudonymous identifiers provided by the OS/SDK, performance metrics, crash logs, device type, OS version, and coarse location inferred from IP (as provided by Google Analytics). We configure analytics to focus on operational insights and not to collect contact information.
• Advertising Data (AdMob): ad impressions, clicks, frequency capping identifiers, and other standard signals required to deliver and measure ads. We do not receive ad profile details built by Google; those are processed by Google as an independent controller under their policies.
• User‑Generated Content (UGC): animations, scenes, audio (including MIDI) you create or upload, plus associated metadata (timestamps, likes, shares, duplication flags). Public UGC is stored to enable community features (trending, viral, premium tabs).
• Support Communications: messages you send to us (e.g., bug reports or requests), and the contact details you provide for support.

We do not intentionally collect names, emails, phone numbers, government IDs, or precise geolocation within the App interface.

4) Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

• Legitimate interests: diagnostics, analytics, fraud prevention, and securing the service.
• Consent: where required for personalized ads or certain analytics/identifiers (managed via iOS AppTrackingTransparency and device settings).
• Contract: to provide core App functionality you request.
• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requests.

5) How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its modes, templates, recording, and library features.
• Provide community features (sharing, trending, likes, duplication) and secure storage for UGC.
• Measure usage and performance, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.
• Serve and measure advertisements through AdMob.
• Respond to your support requests and communicate about changes.

6) Sharing & Disclosures

• Service Providers/Processors: we use trusted third parties (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdMob, hosting providers) to process data on our behalf under appropriate contracts.
• Public UGC: content you choose to make public is visible to others and may be copied or reshared beyond our control. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use once UGC is public.
• Legal & Safety: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect users, our rights, property, or safety.
• Business Transfers: if we engage in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

No Sale: We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is defined under applicable privacy laws.

7) Advertising Choices

• iOS settings such as App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and “Limit Ad Tracking” control access to advertising identifiers and personalization.
• You can also reset your advertising identifier in iOS settings.

8) Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot and do not guarantee absolute security.

9) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Public UGC may persist in backups or caches for a limited period after removal. Aggregated analytics may be retained for trend analysis.

10) International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers.

12) Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and in certain jurisdictions not under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us to request deletion.

13) Cookies/SDKs

We do not use cookies in the App, but third‑party SDKs (e.g., Google Analytics and AdMob) may store or access information on your device to provide their services consistent with their policies.

14) UGC Takedown & Copyright
